As Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Suzie is recognised for her ability and experience in advising chief executives who wish to develop human resources strategies in their organisations.
She has worked in the HR sector for 15 years, five of them at strategic level and specialises in project and change management.

Suzie speaks on HR related subjects in various forums from Seminars to Radio. She also writes for a number of publications on HR Management and Strategy for small and medium sized businesses.

Suzie's experience means that the best HR practices and idea trends are brought to your organisation - delivered in a practical cost-effective and no-nonsense way.
